Deposit Funds

When you select the Deposit Funds link in the Administration menu, your current balance will be displayed and you will be able to add more funds to your account.

Balance Threshold is set in the Automatic Billing Configuration screen. Some venues require you to maintain a minimum amount in your account in order to be listed.

To add funds:

1. Enter your name, card number, expiration date and the deposit amount in the corresponding fields then click the "Deposit" button complete the transaction.
2. If you have a credit card on file in the MIVA Marketplace system, you can check the box next to "Use Credit Card Information on File" then enter the amount that you would like to deposit in the "Deposit Amount" field and click the "Deposit" button.

Automatic Billing Configuration

MIVA Marketplace provides the opportunity to set up automatic billing to a credit card. This is especially helpful and ensures that your products never go offline for lack of funds in your MIVA Marketplace account.

When your account balance drops below your set price, called the Balance Threshold, your credit card will be billed the amount specified the Charge Amount field.

Maximum Monthly Charges lets you limit the amount that can be charged to your credit card in a one month period. You may choose to have either an unlimited amount by selecting Unlimited, or you can manually enter any amount by selecting Amount and entering a number.

Click Update when finished

Change ClickPrice for all Products

You can change the Maximum ClickPrice for all your products listed in MIVA Marketplace here.
To do so, enter the Maximum click price in the text field and click Update. If you would like to use this as the Default ClickPrice, check the box next to "Save as Default ClickPrice and click the Update button.

Product Status

Click the Product Status link for current info on listed products. Check or uncheck the boxes next to the names of the categories to display or not display.

Next choose which venues for which you would like to display status by clicking on the name in the list. To select multiple, "Control + click" in Windows, "Command + click" on Macintosh, or "Shift + click" for group selections.

Click Refresh to display the results

The current status for all listed product will be listed here, including maximum price/click, number of clicks, amount spent on the clicks, average price/click, and individual listing status for each venue using color and number codes:

• Green means the listing is active.
• Yellow means the listing is pending
• Red means the listing is not active.

NOTE: Yellow and red buttons will have a number code. For an explanation, click on the button.

Reports

Click the arrow next to Reports to reveal five sub-category links.

• The first choice, Reset Report Data, will reset all MIVA Marketplace report data. You will be given the option to confirm or cancel.
• Sales gives a complete overview of all sales activity generated from the MIVA Marketplace system.
• Referred Customers gives you a traffic report of click-thrus and their referral sources.
• Sales by Entry Product will display sales numbers sorted by product.
• Products Purchased by Referred Customers.

Edit Product

The Edit Product form displays the fields for individual products. If you want to change data, see the steps below.

1. Change the status:
   • Listed, Active indicates your product is listed and can be purchased.
   • Listed, Disabled indicates your product is listed in the MIVA Marketplace database, but is currently not visible and cannot be purchased. (You might choose this selection when your inventory is out of stock.)
   • Not Listed indicates your product is no longer listed in MIVA Marketplace.
2. Change the Price/Click.
   Enter the new Price/Click amount.
3. Change the current categories.
   • MIVA Marketplace:
     • Click the Categories link to assign this product to another or additional categories.
     • Click the arrow next the category name to view sub-categories.
     • Check the box next to the category(ies) you want.
   • DealTime:
     • Click the DealTime tab.
     • DealTime 's categories vary slightly from the categories under the MIVA Marketplace tab. Select category(ies) you want.
     • Click Done.
4. Enter the Manufacturer and Manufacturer Part number, if desired. (up to 50 alpha numeric characters)
5. If your product has a UPC, enter the number.
6. If this is a publication, enter the ISBN number.
7. Enter a Seach Engine Title. This is a searchable field.
8. Enter an Search Engine Description, if desired.
   The Search Engine Description is the product data you want viewable in MIVA Marketplace. You want it to be short, yet have impact. It should invite the shopper to click More Info to view the fuller product description in your store. The Search Engine Description is a searchable field.

You should provide as much data about your product as possible, and as applicable. If you do not provide the data, it may limit MIVA Marketplace 's ability to list your product(s) on certain venues. Additionally, these fields are used for searching.

NOTE:Some of the MIVA Marketplace venues use the ISBN (the International Standard Book Number) and the UPC (Universal Price Code) to compare prices among shopping sites, and may not list your product if that additional data is not available.

You might also want to include this additional information in your product description, so it will also be available to shoppers when they click the link at the venue to your store 's product page.

MIVA Marketplace uses a copy of your product 's Full-sized Image to make a small-scale image which is presented on the product pages at the MIVA Marketplace venue.

NOTE: If you want to update a product image, change the name of the image. (MIVA Marketplace detects a change to the product image only by a change of the image name.)

When a shopper at a MIVA Marketplace venue performs a search, the following fields are available for that venue to include in a search:

• product name
• manufacturer
• part # (manufacturer part #)
• price
• ISBN
• UPC - The search may include either the selected category or all categories.
